Outdoor Walking Program

Walking is a terrific exercise for people of all ages, and if done regularly, can significantly contribute to weight-loss, cardiovascular endurance, and increased energy. 
But if you don’t have someone to walk with, it can be lonely and un-motivating.

If this has been your experience, consider participating in our walking program. It’s a friendly, relaxed way to get some great outdoor exercise time either one-on-one or with a small of group friends.We can schedule a time and place to meet you, and provide that motivation you need to keep you or your family member walking on a regular basis.
