Through an innovative, Harvard-based research technique, we can help you to uncover your underlying thoughts and feelings about how you frame yourself when it comes to your own health and fitness. This insightful process can help you identify the barriers that keep you from reaching and maintaining your fitness goals. Our staff has been extensively trained in this ground-breaking technique, and can work with you one-on-one to help you discover “what you don’t know you know” about yourself.
