Personal Training - A Guided Approach to Fitness

Through a comprehensive initial consultation, our certified trainers will work with you to develop a unique fitness & wellness plan that suits your individual needs and exercise goals.  This will then become the framework around which we devise a challenging and varied workout for you each time you come in.

During each of your sessions, you'll be coached through an invigorating mix of strength-training, cardiovascular endurance, trainer assisted stretching, and a post-workout muscle massage.  Along the way, you'll be shown proper stretching and lifting techniques to ensure your continued health and safety.

A Fun and Friendly Environment

We operate under a semi-private training model which means that all workouts take place in a small, intimate setting that's a comfortable and upbeat environment.  You can listen to your favorite music in the background as you and a group of friends train together, benefiting from the support of each other as well as from our friendly staff.

We think exercise should be fun, so you can expect plenty of humor, good conversation, and camaraderie with each and every workout.
