The Fitness Center
About Fitness is a small, boutique-style personal training center that's designed
to be intimate, relaxed, and personally motivating. All workouts are scheduled
by appointment which guarantees that no more than a handful of people will be in
the gym at any one time. What this means for you is that you'll get personal
attention and a customized plan that we'll develop with you. We'll walk you
through the workout and assist with your stretching, followed by a muscle massage
at the end! And, we promise
to help you change your habits and lifestyle in a way that works for you.

nutrition tips, and healthy snack options to make change
possible. And, we make it fun! |

routine more than others. You probably also don’t work out as often you’d like to.
If this describes you, come in and try one of our guided personal training workouts. They’re low pressure,
